Poverty
Our brand ambassador is Shahid Anwar. "Ghareebo!"
During the current economic crisis, whenever I used to post an anti-India comment, the response from our Indian friends was "here's some aataa". Imagine a country whose parents have taught their kids that it is ok to make fun of people who don't have aataa. Despite this lack of etiquette, they are still progressing so that is clearly not the problem.
The entire culture of Pakistan needs to change. We have an addiction to glorifying the poor and vilifying the rich. The fact is not every poor is a victim of circumstances, and not every rich got there by stealing or exploiting others.
A country that loves its poor and hates its rich ends up staying poor. Don't get sucked into the glitter of communism. That farcical ideology ensures "equity" by pulling the rich down so everyone becomes poor and inequality perishes. Instead, we need to make everyone rich and shift the vacuum of poverty that is created to other countries like Afghanistan.
A person who has never filed income tax in his life and enjoys more free resources than the sales tax he pays every month, comments on the Facebook post of a rich politician "this house was made from my tax money". Even if it was made from stolen money, that money was certainly not yours, but of rich industrialists who pay billions in taxes, or middle-class job holders whose salary is deducted at source.
